Matt Cronin

Matt Cronin (Moraga, California) is a columnist for Tennis Channel, a senior writer for Inside Tennis magazine, a frequent contributor to the wire service, Reuters, and a regular contributor to USTA.com.

He is the author of the recently published and critically acclaimed book, Epic: John McEnroe and Bjorn Borg and the Greatest Season of Men's Tennis Ever.

He is the main writer for TennisReporters.net, the award-winning, second largest pro tennis site in the United States, and is a radio analyst at all the Grand Slams - the Australian Open, the French Open, Wimbledon and the US Open.  

He has also written for Fox Sports as well as ESPN.

Cronin, who has been covering the sport full-time since 1992, is a news reporter for Tennis.com (author of the Ticker) and also contributes to Tennis Business News.

He appears frequently as a tennis expert on radio and television stations throughout the United States.

As of August 2012, Cronin had 16,900 followers on Twitter, more than any other international tennis journalist.
