TENNIS.com Review
By TENNIS.com on December 11, 2009

The Radical Pro is the heavyweight exception to the shoes reviewed on these pages. It’s for big guys whose current kicks just aren’t pulling their share of the user’s 200-pound-plus weight. Whether you have the physique of a Mr. Universe or a Heavy D, the Radical Pro delivers a Hungry-Man–size portion of shock absorption that’s evenly distributed from the heel to the toe to keep your weight from taxing your joints and bones. It also has a tough upper construction and a special lateral control feature that will keep your feet stable. Head has opted for heavier polyurethane in the midsole in addition to EVA foam since EVA loses resiliency over time. There’s also a six-month durability guarantee on the outsole.
