| Not really that interested at all to be honest. They make it seem like they've been gone for many many years. Come on, Agassi's only been retired for 3 darn years. LOL!!! And I got enough of my fill from Sampras in the Federer exho matches and this outback series he's playing.
You know what I WANT TO SEE? I want to see Sampras try to S&V against the likes of Murray and Nadal on today's hardcourts. That's what I want to see. Let's see some of those exhibitions!

| Let's see Sampras vs Nadal on clay in a 1 set match. Let's see Sampras' reaction to a ball coming up above his head to his backhand. LOL!

| If Pete should start vomiting, I want to see a cutaway to the Sharapova-Wozniacki match until he stops.

| I want to see Sampras+Nadal vs. Agassi+Fed in a double match, that would be extremely interesting!
As for the sampras/agassi match, I expect nothing too out of ordinary, it would be tight but both should be fairly relaxed so nothing like the USO final.

| seeing that sampras is moving slowly these days and agassi moves a lot slower than Pete, i wouldnt pay or give up a football game to watch thse guys. Maybe next year after they have improve their fitness like maybe McEnroe who has really change his routine. I think a doubles match with Rafa n Fed`however would be excellent, that i would watch.

| boy, you people really are a bunch of killjoys...
we've got 2 of the greatest champions the game has seen playing each other for the 1st time since 02 (one of whom practically limped off the court during his last match)and you're being caddy.
i love, also, how you people say "let's see how Pete does against so and so...."- first of all, let's see how THEY do against him on grass (fast or slow) and secondly, WHO CARES???
outside of the nadal/federer rivalry (and we all know in whose favor that has swung on every surface), there is NOTHING as exciting in today's game as the Sampras/Agassi rivalry. Nothing.
So, bravo, to promoters for putting this and other exos on... if the ATP Pros were doing their job and coming up with exciting tennis outisde of the world's 2 best players with any consistency, we wouldn't need to have these exos in the first place.

why is it a killjoy to say two players who retired several years already playing an exhibition is not going to be as good of a match as the current top 2 player battling it out in a grand slam final? The reason why Fedal rivalry is the greatest is because they can both be GOAT contenders. (Fed for sure is a contender and Rafa can too if he win 10 slams) and they also hold the #1 and #2 spot almost consecutively since 2005 not to mention won all but 2 GS since French Open of 2005! Agassi, although he is my favorite of all times, would never be considered for GOAT hence it somewhat weakened their rivalry. Not that it wasn't great on its own, but Fedal is definitely better.
also, do you think Pete would play ANY current players on grass today? Even for an exhibition it does his legacy no good. He is the king of Wimbledon, winning more grass court matches isn't really helping him reinforce that. Losing, on the other hand, would seriously hamper his reputation. That's why I don't see we'll see too much of the Pete vs. current player exos. (he played Fed a few times yes but nobody really expect him to win against the #1 ranked player anyway).
lastly, how can you see federer and nadal are the only good players in ATP? In 2005/6 you might be correct but in 2009 that is definitely not the case. Nadal vs. Verdesco at AO, Nadal vs. Djokovic in Madrid, Soderling vs. Gonzales at RG, Roddick vs. Murray at WC, Roddick vs. Federer at WC, Federer vs. Djokovic at USO are all some very good matches this year. In fact, the only time Federer and Nadal played each other this year is AO and Madrid final, so every other match this year is worthless and provide less exciting tennis than the Sampras-Agassi exo?

| Sure, I'd like to see the two old fogies play. The balding furby with the gorgeous wife versus the balding bad-backed (ex)meth-head with the hook-nosed hall-of-famer wife. Should be great entertainment.
I would much rather see the scowling big-beaked, coiffed-hair gold-pursed furby with the moderately chubby wife versus the thinning-hair musclebound wedge-picker.
