Biography

Nicknamed "Li Tige" (The Stalk) for his tall, slender physique, Benoit Paire is an aggressive baseline player who finished in the year-end Top 100 for the first time in 2011. Paire reached the 2013 Rome semifinals, losing to No. 2 seed Roger Federer. In 2015, he claimed his first ATP World Tour title at the SkiStar Swedish Open when he defeated Tommy Robredo in the final.
