'Dios, Miami

by: Peter Bodo April 05, 2009

Greetings, everyone. I've got a plane to catch, and thanks to Andy Murray I'll actually make it. I'm posting a match-wrap story at Tennis.com soon if you want to know if we saw the match through similar lenses. And I'll be back, either tomorrow or Tuesday, with some more thoughts on this somewhat surprising final.

I say "surprising" not because of the result, but how it was achieved. It looks like this whole He's in the guy's head narrative isn't the exclusive territory of Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. More on that at the home page. Meanwhile, hasta luego - it's been a tough week in some ways, but aren't they all?

Congrats to Andy Murray and Victoria Azarenka - Miami champions of 2009!

- Pete
