Serena in 'good spirits,' says Wozniacki after visit
World No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki visited Serena Williams at her home in Los Angeles prior to heading to Indian Wells, the Danish paper Ekstra Bladet reports.
Williams recently suffered a pulmonary embolism and her return date to the tour is uncertain. "As always she was a lot of fun to be with," Wozniacki said. "She looked good, but of course she has a lot of things that need to be checked up on. But she is in good spirits."—Matthew Cronin
