Querrey undergoes surgery, out for couple months

American Sam Querrey underwent surgery for bone spurs in his right elbow in New York and could be out for a couple of months, his doubles partner John Isner said. Querrey injured his elbow while competing at the grass-court tournament at Queens and was forced to pull out of Wimbledon.
