Li, Stosur both lose first-rounders at Olympics

WIMBLEDON, England (AP)—Samantha Stosur and Li Na, who won majors in 2011, were upset in three-set matches in the first round of Olympic play at Wimbledon on Saturday.

Carla Suarez Navarro of Spain beat U.S. Open champion Stosur of Australia, 3-6, 7-5, 10-8, and Daniela Hantuchova of Slovakia defeated China's Li, who won the French Open last year, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3.

Suarez Navarro is ranked 45, and Hantuchova is ranked 33.
