Goerges: Kvitova was ‘ice cold’ in Stuttgart

Germany’s Julia Goerges reacts to her three-set loss to Petra Kvitova in Stuttgart.

“She was ice cold in exploiting [my letdown],” Goerges told reporters. “When you dictate play for two sets against a Top 10 player, you normally be happy. I had it all under control. If I always played like that, I wouldn’t complain.”
