Venus and Serena Williams submitted to Liezel Huber and Chan Hao-Ching in a first-round doubles loss in Beijing on Monday, dropping the third and final set's super-tiebreak, 11-9. What's more, Serena double-faulted on match point—and needless to say, didn't take that result well at all. Witness here her startlingly effective racquet smash after match point:

So there you have it: Even in losing an opening-round doubles contest, Serena keeps her name in the papers and on websites the world over, and hardly just for her tennis. That said, this in the midst of her Australian Open loss against Sloane Stephens in January was an even better smash:
