It's an understatement to say that we've seen another truly eventful week in the world of tennis. The Spin's latest batch of top tweets finds us considering former British No. 1 Elena Baltacha's cancer announcement, her compatriot (and Hodgkin's lymphoma survivor) Rosco Hutchins's new gig as Queen's Club tournament director, and Serena Williams's kudos about Maria Sharapova's on-court style.
