Andy Roddick has a way with words, and that showed again Thursday as he regarded the French Open quarterfinal match between Andy Murray and Gael Monfils, finally won by the former, who's perhaps surprising observers in reaching the 2014 Roland Garros semifinals.

But from where was Roddick tweeting, the dressing room at Hollywood Game Night?​ Small matter, as he made some salient points about Monfils's touch-and-go effort, and engaged briefly volatile, tennis-loving Twitter followers without making them feel dissed or besmirched. Here's the play-by-play:
