Fourhand is the Daily Spin's occasional roundup of various hits and pieces on tour.

SLANG TIME There was no better foreign player to put to the test of Southern sayings in Charleston last week than one Jelena Jankovic, who guessed correctly the meanings of a couple of the words and phrases posed to her. (Don't fret, JJ. The Spin didn't really know what "cattywampus" meant either.) The interview also harbors this gem: "My best friend on the WTA [Tour] is my brother, because he's not on the WTA."

MONTE-YAWNO  Ahead of competing in this week's Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters event, Novak Djokovic and Stan Wawrinka took part in a mini-tennis exhibition that may be the most dull of its kind in history involving two decorated champions of the sport.

MOOD SWINGS  Roger Federer didn't peg Tiger Woods to win The Masters by any means (and of course he was right). Meanwhile, Eugenie Bouchard, beaten in Charleston by Lauren Davis, compared her plight to date in 2015 to that of Woods after he changed his golf swing.

ICYMI Adidas rolled out its Roland Garros Collection by Y-3 via VOGUE (a go-to for tennis darlings, obviously), with Ana Ivanovic serving as the model, shot at this year's Australian Open.  It's a partnership with designer Yohji Yamamoto, and what Ivanovic herself terms "futuristic" also involves a lot of floral. (Somewhere Venus Williams smiles.)
