The BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells loves a good quiz. This year they went bigger than ever, literally, with giant cardboard cutouts of player faces as answer props.

There are a couple of solid highlights, such as when Rafael Nadal says his cardboard replica looks better from far away, and when Simona Halep gets stumped by a question that’s actually about her. Yikes.

Novak Djokovic also manages to joke about his upset in the Roland Garros final to Stan Wawrinka. What a great sport…

The best participant, however, is Nadal, for making honest faces such as this:

Though the questions were far too easy—“This player just celebrated winning a big tournament by jumping in the Yarra River”—the player eagerness to participate was amusing. They were all good-natured about the cheesiness of it all, even when they made an embarrassing unforced error.
