There’s been tirades of both support and deflection for Maria Sharapova since the announcement of her failed drug test for meldonium. But this one really takes the cake, or lollipop.

Rubis, a Russian cookie company, created a lollipop shaped like Sharapova’s head, based directly on a photo from her ill-fated press conference.

According to Rubis, the lollipop is “100 percent Sharapova, meldonium free.” Roughly translated, the caption says the company admires Sharapova as an athlete and public person, and wants to support her with the candy, as well as donate part of the proceeds to her various projects. Rubis also advises, “do not be like Nike or Porsche.” Nike, Porsche and Tag Heuer all cut sponsorship ties with the former No. 1 the day after her announcement. There’s also a contest available for Sharapova supporters to win Rubis candy by posting any photo of Sharapova with the hashtag #IstandwithMaria.

The #IstandwithMaria hashtag has nearly 2,000 posts on Instagram.
