The heat is on Down Under as the pros descend on Melbourne for the 2016 Australian Open. In the days ahead of the season’s first major, the stars' on-court styles are being revealed via sponsors and blogs.

Some looks, predictably, have incited a riot of scorn. Andy Murray and Nick Kyrgios, each allegedly ready to sport sleeveless looks in Margaret Court Arena, are bearing the brunt of that quippy chatter, as seen below.

"Bringing some Agassi wildness back to the court," one commenter said on Kyrgios' own post about his Nike pieces.

To note, Murray has yet to share images of his new top via social channels. That's because, as it turns out, he may not be going sleeveless after all.

Based on the above yawn-inducing options from Under Armour, going sleeveless may not have been Murray's worst bet.

It all brings to mind Tommy Haas' own bared-arms look at the 2002 U.S. Open, when officials famously told him that he had to change (and to think that was in New York, not at Wimbledon.) Historically, skin has been in on tour at times. And that's style. Trends come and go like the tides.

Your turn, tennis fashionistas: Are Murray and/or Kyrgios pulling off the look, or do they seriously need to pull off the look?
