Everyone's favorite "shero," Billie Jean King, will be feted when the Logo channel showcases its 2016 Trailblazer Honors on June 25. The awards are doled out to "pioneers who bravely fought for equality." Alongside King, honorees include Harvey Fierstein, the Tony Award-winning actor and playwright; The Advocate magazine; and Subhi Nahas, a Syrian refugee who spoke at the United Nations Security Council's first-ever symposium concerning Islamic State (ISIS) violence against LGBT people.

Emma Stone, now filming Battle of the Sexes in a King portrayal alongside Steve Carell's Bobby Riggs, has been tapped to honor King in the Logo ceremony. The likes of Laverne Cox, Matthew Broderick, Cheyenne Jackson and others will offer video tributes to the honorees, and Logo has already released two clips about King from Jason Collins, the first openly gay, active NBA player, and indie-pop rockers Tegan & Sara, respectively.

"She truly is one of those people who wants to make society and the world better," Collins says. "Better for all people — better for the LGBT community, better for women, better for people from different backgrounds, races, social economics."

Tegan & Sara's Sara Quin echoes that, even going further: "When people see you doing advocacy, or speaking out on behalf of other people, or helping others, I think that it actually encourages and challenges other people to do the same."

The show will take on a decidedly Orlando-centric focus in light of the June 12 tragedy at a nightclub there, which resulted in the worst mass shooting in U.S. history. The program itself will be dedicated to those victims.

Logo Trailblazer Honors will air this Saturday at 8 p.m. ET. Suffice to say, if anyone can rally people around a cause, it's Billie Jean King.
