Caroline Wozniacki didn't get a shot at taking the 2016 French Open title, withdrawing before the tournament began due to a lingering ankle injury. Even so, she's got a few shots (photos, that is) appearing in Esquire's June issue, in a spread appropriately titled "Singles Girl."

The former world No. 1 has stayed active despite her absence from tournament play, hiking and taking in a Formula One race in Monaco, and generally humble-bragging about her 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue showing.

The soon-to-be Olympic flag bearer for Denmark hopes to return to WTA play as soon as possible. Her most recent tweet included a hashtag that said "back to tour life very soon!"
