Garbine Muguruza, Madison Keys, Dominika Cibulkova all in Linz field

Garbine Muguruza has joined the field at the WTA International event in Linz, Austria, with Madison Keys and Dominika Cibulkova taking wild cards in an attempt to qualify for the WTA Finals in Singapore.

Carla Suarez Navarro, another WTA Finals contender, is also entered in the event.

Muguruza is currently in sixth position with 3,667 points, while the others have between 3,000 and 3,600 points. Linz offers 280 points to the winner.

Svetlana Kuznetsova, also in contention, is playing the WTA International tournament in Tianjin, China.

The following week's event in Moscow, in which Cibulkova is currently entered, offers 470 points to the winner.

Angelique Kerber, Serena Williams, Simona Halep, Agnieszka Radwanska and Karolina Pliskova have secured their spots.

The top eight players in the standings will qualify for the WTA Finals.
