Karolina Pliskova and Caroline Wozniacki booked their spots in the Miami Open semifinals on Tuesday with straight-set wins in Key Biscayne.

The third-ranked Pliskova had little trouble with 26th-seeded Mirjana Lucic-Baroni, winning 6-3, 6-4. She’s into the Miami Open semis for the first time.

"I'm really enjoying my tennis this year ... winning almost every match so far,” the Czech said after the match, according to the Associated Press.

Now 23-3 on the season, Pliskova owns the best record on the WTA tour. The 35-year-old Lucic-Baroni, who upset Pliskova in the Australian Open quarterfinals back in January, double-faulted 10 times in the loss.

Pliskova will play Wozniacki for a spot in the final. The 12th-seeded Dane breezed past unseeded Lucie Safarova, 6-4, 6-3, in the night match.

In men’s action, second-seeded Kei Nishikori, fourth-seeded Roger Federer, fifth-seeded Rafael Nadal, 10th-seeded Tomas Berdych, 12th-seeded Nick Kyrgios and 13th-seeded Jack Sock advanced to the quarterfinals.

In the upset of the day, 19-year-old Alexander Zverev came from a set down to knock off top-seeded Stan Wawrinka, 4-6, 6-2, 6-1.
