The third and final full day of the French Open’s first round concluded on Tuesday, and it wasn’t without its fair share of star power.

2015 champion and oft-forgotten man Stan Wawrinka had an easy time with Slovakian Jozef Kovalik, winning 6-2, 7-6 (3), 6-3. The Swiss hasn’t been at his best this clay season, but he’s coming off a title in Geneva this past weekend and looked strong despite having played a full tournament just days prior to Roland Garros.

Fifth-seeded Elina Svitolina, a popular pick by many after defeating Simona Halep to take the Rome title earlier this month, breezed past Yaroslava Shvedova, 6-4, 6-3. She’ll take on Tsvetana Pironkova for a spot in the third round.

Nick Kyrgios, whose status for the season’s second Slam was in some doubt after he pulled out of the Italian Open with a hip injury on May 16, showed few signs of rust in a 6-4, 7-6 (4), 6-3 victory over German veteran Philipp Kohlschreiber. Next up for the talented Australian is South African Kevin Anderson.

12th-seeded Madison Keys snapped her three-match losing streak—she had last won in Charleston back in early April—with an encouraging 6-3, 6-2 victory over Australian Ashleigh Barty.

Speaking of Americans, only two men—John Isner and Steve Johnson—from the United States are left in the draw. 27th seed Sam Querrey was the latest American to bow out, falling to South Korean Hyeon Chung, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, 6-3.
