MUNICH (AP) — Alexander Zverev defeated second-seeded Roberto Bautista Agut of Spain 7-5, 7-5 on Saturday and will meet Argentine qualifier Guido Pella in the BMW Open final.

The 158th-ranked Pella rallied to beat Chung Hyeon of South Korea 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 in their semifinal.

Chung played earlier, defeating Martin Klizan of Slovakia 6-4, 3-6, 6-2 in their quarterfinal, which was suspended on Friday due to darkness.

The 20-year-old Zverev of Germany fired nine aces, as Pella did, to advance to his fifth ATP final and improve on his semifinal finish at the clay-court tournament last year.

"It will be special," the third-seeded Zverev said of his first final on home soil.

Zverev won in St. Petersburg, Russia, last year and took his second title in Montpellier in February.
