Daria Kasatkina will take on a new coach, Philippe Dehaes, at the WTA event in Moscow.
The 20-year-old recently stopped working with her coach of three years.
"I will come to Moscow with my new coach," she told the WTA website. "We worked for three years. It was quite a successful time.
"But a few months ago... I realized my improvement stayed in one spot. We sat down and we decided it would be better if we split and I would try something else.
"[Dehaes] was the first person I was thinking about because when I was 17... I used to work with him."
Kasatkina is playing this week's event in Beijing.
