Roger Federer began 2017 with victories in Australia, and ended the year in the same way. Federer won his 18th Grand Slam singles title back in January in Melbourne at the Australian Open, and on Saturday won singles and mixed doubles matches (with Belinda Bencic) in Perth at the Hopman Cup.
