Like The Zombies said, it's the time of the season. In last week's episode of The Ten, our panelists ranked the 10 greatest seasons in tennis history. Here's how they saw it (watch the entire episode, any time, on TennisChannel.com):

Now, before we move on, let's take a moment to address the elephant in the room—or, perhaps, the bull outside the room. Where is Rafael Nadal? It's hard to fathom that his 2010 season, which included three Grand Slam titles and three ATP Masters 1000 titles, didn't make the cut. But such is the incredibly high bar set by the game's greatest men's and women's players over the past 50 years. Consider that Serena Williams' best season was ninth, and Roger Federer's top campaign seventh, and you can understand why some very deserving seasons had to go. Perhaps.

The Ten: Who are are biggest hotheads in tennis history? (VOTE)

Yeah, just a bit different. Federer moved up six spots to surpass Steffi Graf, whose golden 1988 season was No. 1 on our list. Margaret Court's 1970 season, fourth on our list, landed on the bottom of yours. Novak Djokovic's 2015 season went from eighth to fourth, and so on. Only John McEnroe's 1984 season, in which he went 82-3, was voted in the same position on both lists. Seriously.

Speaking of McEnroe...this week's episode ofThe Ten considers the game's "greatest" hotheads. You know, Bernard Tomic, Marat Safin, Nick Kyrgios—players who had no problem showing an umpire, an opponent, or you and I exactly how they felt.
