Stanislas Wawrinka has added Dani Vallverdu to his coaching team for the grass-court season.

The 34-year-old three-time Grand Slam champion announced the addition on social media, saying he will also keep working with his regular coach, Magnus Norman, and his hitting partner. Vallverdu will likely appear courtside next week at the ATP event at Queen's Club.

Wawrinka reached the quarterfinals of the French Open, his best Grand Slam performance since returning in 2018 from double knee surgery.

Vallverdu had been coaching Grigor Dimitrov until the two split a month ago, with Dimitrov falling to Wawrinka at the French Open.

Wawrinka has withdrawn from the ATP grass-court event at Stuttgart.
