FINAL ANALYSIS
As its name indicates, this K-Swiss is all about stability. It has a Skeletal Support Cage made of EVA, a foam material, around the top and sides of the shoe, that gives the wearer good support, particularly on lateral movement. Shock Spring cushioning in the heel and forefoot does a nice job of softening the blow each time you land. To protect high-wear areas, strong pieces of rubber (DragGuard) are placed around the toe box and on the heel. While we don’t test for durability, the Stabilor feels like a shoe that’s meant to take a pounding. If that’s what you need, this shoe is a great option.
