The O stands for optimum, and the V stands for ventilation.  That tells you what this Prince is all about.

OUR TAKE:
This is one of the better Prince shoes we’ve reviewed recently. True to its name, the OV-I is very breathable. But it has the other bases covered, too. The tubes you see in the heel provide shock absorption while also serving as a spring to propel you across the court. The upper is a breathable mesh, but it also has hard plastic injected in the sidewalls to help with lateral stability. And for the eco-friendly player, there’s a sock liner made from bamboo charcoal, which naturally absorbs sweat and odors.
