Yonex Power Cushion 306

Yonex Power Cushion 306

MEN
Price: $129
Weight: 13.3 oz.
Sizes: 4–13
Ideal Foot Types: Neutral and supinated

SALES PITCH:
The choice of ATP players Lleyton Hewitt and David Nalbandian provides high performance in a lightweight package.

OUR TAKE:
The Power Cushion 306 is a unisex shoe, meaning it’s identical in both the men’s and women’s models (we only had men’s samples to test). The shoe is wider in the forefoot and narrow toward the heel for a secure fit. Power Cushion in the midsole and insole absorbs shock at impact, while a graphite composite shank around the arch anchors the foot during lateral movement. It works well, but we would have liked more ventilation. On a hot day the shoe can make your feet feel toasty. Other than that, it’s a very capable performer.
