Everyone associated with tennis knows entertainer Bob Sinclar because he gave us a vintage-in-multiple-ways gem of a performance in the video for Martin Solveig's song "Hello" that featured Dragonette's vocals and cameo appearances from Novak Djokovic, Gael Monfils and more.

Styled as a 1990s-era, would-be Andre Agassi, Sinclar suffered greatly in that clip. He is certainly not suffering in real life, though, having enjoyed a few dinners and friendship with Roger Federer.

According to a new interview with *That's Mag*, Sinclar's appreciation for Federer's grace and skill on court led him to pursue knowing the 17-time major singles champ.

"I am a very big fan of talent, and he is very talented," Sinclar said in the Q&A. That admiration led him to tell Mirka Federer that he would happily DJ a Federer birthday event for free at some point.

Before too long, Mirka Federer came Sinclar's way with just such an opportunity—and a friendship was born.

Asked who he would like to sit for dinner with, Sinclar tells That's Mag that he would have said Federer five years back. As he has shared meals with Federer at places such as Wimbledon to date, he turns to music. Prince would be next on his list, but he died this year. Thus he falls to a third potential dinner companion: U.S. president-elect Donald Trump.

For Sinclar's full take on Trump, see the interview. And expect to see him in the crowd come major tennis time in Paris, as his second home outside of manning the decks in a DJ booth seems to be taking in red-clay action at Roland Garros.
