Vekic vacations in scenic and sunny Saint-Tropez
The world No. 49 traded her Wimbledon whites for swimsuits and some much needed R&R.

Being a professional tennis player means making an effort to find balance, they know the drill; Work hard, play hard.
Another grass season is in the books for Donna Vekic and she celebrated by jetting off to Saint-Tropez for a summer holiday. The 25-year-old spent the weekend celebrating a friend’s birthday and enjoying everything the coastal French town had to offer.
Vekic traded in her Wimbledon whites for swimsuits and sundresses while visiting local restaurants with friends, taking selfies, and soaking up the sun. Stunning views made for a perfect backdrop for a cute photoshoot with her toy poodle, Mali. With Wimbledon behind her, Vekic seemed to enjoy indulging in the incredible food spreads that she featured on her Instagram. Still, she found time to get some training in, which included a very intriguing bike workout…in the pool.
The world No. 49 reached the second round of Wimbledon, falling to No. 8 seed and good friend Karolina Pliskova. She recently underwent a knee surgery after the Australian Open, and although she isn’t entirely back at 100%, Vekic is glad to be back in action and will return for the hard-court swing.
