Fabio Fognini is enjoying an extra special off-season so far. Fognini and his Flavia Pennetta welcomed their latest edition of their family, baby girl Flaminia, to the world on Friday.
Fognini took to Instagram to share the wonderful news, with fans and friends flooded the post with congratulations and excitement. Fabio and Flavia now have three children, including a four-year-old son, Federico; and their first daughter, Farah who will turn 2 in December. They made sure to keep up with the family tradition of sticking to names that begin with "F."
"Welcome little Princess," the world No. 37 wrote on Instagram.
Fognini's time in Turin, Italy was cut short as he traveled back home for the birth of his new bundle of joy. He tried his hand inside the commentating booth at the ATP Finals for Sky Sports.
He is spending just a few precious days with family in Spain before joining Matteo Berrettini and others for Davis Cup in Italy.
