For the first time in history Indian Wells is being played in October instead of March. The fall season is officially underway in the California desert, although the toasty temperatures are still a thing even this late into the year. With summer behind us, Ajla Tomljanovic and Garbine Muguruza switched gears as well and showed off all-new looks.

Tomljanovic stepped onto the court wearing her clothing sponsor KSWISS of course. The dress is currently nowhere to be found on their website. It's safe to say Tomljanovic is the first to wear it. It's a very subtle grey, white, and black color scheme with a flattering waistband. While the upper is fitted, the bottom drifts into a moveable and flowy bottom half.

Muguruza's dress was similar to Tomljanovic in that the colors were simplistic and not as bold as her last dress that she wore in Chicago last week and the US Open. Both players understood the assignment when it comes to ditching bright and vibrant summertime colors this week.

The Spaniard's Adidas dress was fitted from top to bottom and showed a little more skin around her collarbone with its generous scoop neck.

Both came dressed to win, but unfortunately for Muguruza there can only be one winner and on Saturday that was Tomljanovic. The Aussie scored her first Top 10 win of her career with a 6-3, 1-6, 6-3 score on Court 2.
