Federer sings in Chinese for Shanghai anniversary

Hot off his turn in the making of a new music track, Roger Federer turned to singing of his love for Shanghai.

The ATP World Tour's Shanghai Masters event, that is. The event turns 10 years young this year, and Federer took to singing a "Happy Birthday" song in Chinese to both the tournament and to Dashi, its lion mascot accompanying him.

Come for those 15 seconds of Fed singing. Stay for his unadulterated, child-like laughter at the 55-second mark.

Though Federer just pulled out of the Roger's Cup, he seems locked in for the Shanghai stop in October.

You simply must tip your hat here to the GOAT. Sure, he and the event have a strong monetary link here – mutual sponsor Rolex – but he's hardly too proud to open up his voice and draw guffaws from the viewing public.
