Do you find your forehand is not as good as it could be? Well, Taylor Fritz has your back. The 21-year-old gives three tips to getting your forehand stronger and faster.

Many consider the Fritz forehand to be one of the best on tour. He suggests keeping yourself low to the ground, making sure your arm is loose and catching the ball out in front your body.
