Father, Sinner, House of Gucci…

So it goes for rising Italian star Jannik Sinner, who can now add Gucci Brand Ambassador to his growing portfolio.

The legendary Italian fashion label made the announcement ahead of Sinner’s Wimbledon quarterfinal with top seed Novak Djokovic; Sinner is in the midst of a career-best run after upsetting world No. 7 Carlos Alcaraz in the round of 16.

The 20-year-old was photographed in Gucci threads for a recent ICON magazine’s “Sports Cult” issue, with Gucci sharing their favorite images as part of their announcement.

Sinner has been one of the game's most exciting talents since becoming the ATP tour's Newcomer of the Year as an 18 year old in 2019. The youngster has already captured five ATP titles and, after this week at Wimbledon, has reached the quarterfinals at three of the four major tournaments.

Among his other notable endorsements, Sinner is linked with Nike, Rolex and, most spectacularly, Parmigiano Reggiano—making Sinner tennis’ very own Big Cheese.
