Jelena Djokovic took to Twitter earlier this week to share a few updates on the immense progress that the Novak Djokovic Foundation is making and the impact of it all.

The foundation recently opened another kindergarten in the small Serbian village of Stopanja. Jelena who is the wife of the world No. 1 said originally the foundation was only expecting 25 students when construction began. However, once families in the small village of Stopanja began to learn more about the quality kindergarten that number grew to 75 students.

Now, even more families are looking to register their little ones and Jelena is beyond excited to keep building and understands there is even more work to be done.

"To each and every one of you who are with us on this @novakfoundation mission to reach every child in Serbia - thank you. A heartfelt thank you," Jelena wrote on Twitter. "I hope one day you’ll come in person to Serbia and witness the magnitude of your generosity. 48 kindergartens so far!!!

Novak and Jelena are incredibly passionate about investing in the future of Serbia. Last year, the couple matched all donations given to the Foundation to help build two new pre-schools.
