Thanasi Kokkinakis is in legal trouble after Kellogg's sued the Aussie for trying to trademark their "Special K" brand name commercially. Kokkinakis has plans to promote the name on his clothing and gear.

The court hearing is set for Thursday.

While he is doing battle in one court, the 21-year-old took to the court he knows best to defeat Milos Raonic in the opening round of Queen's Club on Tuesday, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (8).

The 21-year-old reached his career-high ranking of No. 69 in 2015, just months before injuries curtailed his career. Queen's Club is just his fourth ATP event this year as he tries to improve his ranking from No. 698.
