Keys comments on Kuznetsova's very public haircut

Things took an interesting turn in the WTA Finals when Svetlana Kuznetsova gave herself a haircut on court during her match against Agnieszka Radwanska. It was probably worth it, as she went on to defeat the Pole, 7-5, 1-6, 7-5.

After winning against Dominika Cibulkova, Madison Keys was asked if she saw the unusual on-court and if she would ever consider doing it.

"I don't know what she was doing! That was shocking," Keys said. "I will never be doing that. Ever."

"Instead of cutting my hair, I would just put it in a bun," Keys added.

That's probably the more reasonable move, but it's not nearly as dramatic.

Radwanska was also asked about the on-court salon treatment, but said she didn't notice it.

"I didn't really know that..." Radwanska said. "It's good that she didn't cut something else."

Keys' record in the Red group is currently 1-1, while Kuznetsova beat Karolina Pliskova to maintain an unbeaten record in the White group.
