Matteo Berrettini dusted off his blue steel to deliver an eye-catching slew of images for ICON Magazine.
The Italian men’s fashion magazine first shared the cover ahead of Berrettini’s 2022 Australian Open campaign, where the world No. 7 will aim to complete his set of Grand Slam quarterfinal appearances.
Berrettini made further fashion news on Wednesday when he confirmed his shoe deal with ASICS on social media.
“We look forward to supporting you on and off court as you #LiveUplifted with a sound mind in a sound body,” the brand wrote in welcoming the Italian to the team.
The 25-year-old enjoyed a stellar 2021 season, highlighted by a run to the Wimbledon final, and previously wore head-to-toe Lotto before announcing an apparel shift to Hugo Boss earlier this year.
Berrettini debuted the kit at the ATP Cup, where he went 1-2 in singles, including a narrow defeat to US Open champion Daniil Medvedev in three sets.
