Puerto Rico's golden girl is basking in the glow of new motherhood.

2016 Rio Olympic champion Monica Puig shared a bundle of photos of her newborn daughter this week, writing on social media that she "never knew a love like this existed."

The former world No. 27 became a mom on July 30 to daughter Mila Alexandra Rakitt. Sunday's birth announcement consisted of Puig and her husband, Nathan Rakitt, holding little Mila's hand with a purple butterfly posed on top of the trio.

In February, Puig announced she was pregnant, and she welcomed her first child just four days after former world No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki welcomed her third, son Max. And while the 31-year-old has chosen not to reveal Mila's face, that hasn't stopped her from giving fans a glimpse of her early days of parenthood.

She then proceeded to share photos from the first few days of Mila's life, posting photos from her hospital delivery, and other candid snapshots of the new family of three taking walks outside.

"Unconditional [love]," she captioned the photos.

Many of her peers, current and former, on the WTA tour agreed.

“Yup,” 18-time Grand Slam champion Chris Evert wrote while adding a few hearts to her comment. World No. 2 Coco Gauff also wrote her congratulations.

Former Wimbledon finalist Sabine Lisicki and one-time world No. 5 Lucie Safarova, both moms, commented too, welcoming Puig to the "club."

After numerous injuries, Puig retired from professional tennis in 2022 at 29. Since then, she has competed in endurance competitions like the Ironman triathlon in Puerto Rico, and has contributed to Tennis Channel as an analyst and a host for Destination Tennis.
