Krajekian is a bone cancer survivor and kept up with the Spaniard even though he plays with a prosthetic leg. The boy, who has inspired many with his story of determination, had his leg amputated when he was eight years old.

This isn't the first tennis legend Krajekian has hit with. Roger Federer kept his promise last year, hitting with Krajekian during the US Open.

This week, Nadal is seeking his 11th title in Barcelona following his 11th career triumph in Monte Carlo.
