During the clay season, it seems like Rafael Nadal can do anything. After defeating Maximilian Marterer, 6-3, 6-2, 7-6, the world No. 1 reached a milestone that only a few in the history of tennis have managed to reach— 900 match wins.

He is only the fifth player to achieve the feat, alongside Guillermo Vilas, Ivan Lendl, Roger Federer and Jimmy Connors.

The Spaniard will almost certainly pass Vilas, an Argentinian, who has 929 match wins. After that, it will get a little harder as Nadal will need to get another 100 wins to reach Lendl's record of 1,029. However, time has show to never count out the King of Clay.
