Naomi Osaka had a busy week on social, promoting a tasty pair of NikeCourt Air Zoom GP Turbos—dubbed “Snack Packs” by the former world No. 1—and smacking down critics on the credibility of her post-baby comeback.

“Btw to the people that are suddenly concerned about my career,” she wrote on Friday. “There are plenty of male athletes with kids that are significantly less accomplished, you might wanna worry about them instead. Thanks for the concern, might wanna redirect it to someone that needs it though.”

Osaka announced at the beginning of 2023 that she would be sitting out the season to welcome her first child, having been off the court since late last year. Still, the four-time Grand Slam champion has no plans to hang up her racquets, promising fans a return in time for the Australian Open, an even she has already won twice.

In the meantime, the 25-year-old has a business empire to maintain—including a formidable partnership with her clothing sponsor, Nike.

“I’m so excited for you guys to see the summer 23 NO x Nike drop,” she tweeted, adding some emojis for emphasis. “it’s so good.”

Fans will be even more excited to see Osaka donning the clothes herself when she makes her anticipated return to action in 2024.
