Osaka collabs with Playstation ahead of PS5 release

These days, Naomi Osaka seems to always have something incredible up her sleeves. She recently debuted her first Nike shoe design, posed for Wall Street Journal and Harper'sBazaar, and collaborated with Japanese fashion brand Adeam.

On Monday, Osaka released another collaboration, with none other than Playstation.

Fans following the 23-year-old closely know that she is an avid gamer and is a huge Overwatch fan. She also plays Elder Scrolls, Apex Legends, Minecraft, Call of Duty and the list goes on.

Osaka's newest collaboration with the Japanese video game brand comes just ahead of the Playstation 5 release. The new gaming hardware will be available for purchase to the masses this upcoming Thursday.

"Soooooo the PS5 is fire but everyone already knew that lol," Osaka wrote on Instagram.

The three-time major champion said the new gaming console takes the experience to a new level.

"Next stop: pro gamer," Osaka jokingly wrote on her Instagram caption.

Osaka averages about three to four hours of video game play per day. At that rate, fans could see her at the Overwatch World Cup or an Esports tournament one day.
