Fresh off her major victory in Paris, Roland Garros champion Coco Gauff made her grass-season debut in designer style at the Berlin Tennis Open by Hylo.

But while she wasn't able to make the successful surface-switch she hoped for on Thursday, the world No. 2 still turned heads in the fashion world as she competed in a custom look by New Balance and Miu Miu—the second of three unique tennis kits.

Gauff previously debuted a co-branded kit during her run to the Internazionali BNL d'Italia final in Rome. That inaugural capsule featured a navy and white ensemble finished with red accents, a tribute to 'classic' tennis style.

The reigning Roland Garros champion stepped out with a different color palette paying tribute to the surface she was playing on. Entering Steffi Graf Stadium, Gauff sported a white and green track jacket with hints of sky blue.

As she warmed up, a white top finished with green sleeves complemented her white pleated skirt with a green color-block waistband. When it came time to play, the sleeves came off in favor of a cropped sleeveless tank.

Even Gauff’s signature shoe, the Coco CG2, got the custom co-branded treatment incorporating the gorgeous green shade. Her headband, socks and wristbands—all featuring crisp white—completed the head-to-toe look.

According to Miu Miu, a fully-owned subsidiary of Prada and the brainchild of Miuccia Prada, “The pieces were created with a performance first mindset with a color-blocked design, which creates a sharp, clean and modern look.”

The 21-year-old was ultimately defeated by Wang Xinyu, 6-3, 6-3, as she now looks to ramp up her training on the surface ahead of Wimbledon.

Gauff’s third installment is planned to be unveiled at the Cincinnati Open in August. As one might expect, that fit is inspired by her nation’s red, white and blue. Gauff is a former champion at this WTA 1000 tournament, having triumphed in 2023 during the ‘Summer of Coco’ that culminated with her first major title at the US Open.

Speaking of New York, Gauff will attend the “Miu Miu Select” event on September 10 at the brand’s 57th St. store. That same day, the New Balance X Miu Miu with Coco Gauff collection will be available for purchase.
