Jannik Sinner continued his dominance at the Sofia Open. The event's No.1 seed seamlessly moved past tour veteran Gael Monfils, 6-3, 6-4, to clinch the ATP 250 title.

Sinner is now a perfect 9-0 at the Sofia Open, having claimed last year's title as well.

During his run, the Italian did not drop a single set. In a swift 79 minutes affair, Sinner improved his head-to-head record against Monfils to 3-1.

“The level was high today,” Sinner said in his on-court interview. “We had long, long rallies and it was physical as well. I am happy to be the winner here in Sofia again. I think it is a very nice tournament. It was the best match I have played this week because I had to.”

Sinner is now in the 10th spot in the ATP Race to Turin.
