It may not be Spring or March, but the Masters 1000 event at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden is finally here.

There are many high-profile players competing in the tournament, including the US Open champions Daniil Medvedev and Emma Raducanu. There's also a handful of players that fans may be sleeping on, and Tennis Channel host Prakash Amritraj gave his sleeper picks at the beautiful event's site.

Prakash is looking at Felix Auger-Aliassime and Bianca Andreescu.

"I like Felix Auger-Aliassime, my man from up north," he said. "I think he's feeling himself right now. Threw up some nice IG posting about how he loves Indian Wells. I'm looking for him to possibly make a breakout."

On the women's side, Andreescu may not seem like a sleeper since the Canadian is the defending champion, but she has been hampered by injuries ever since winning the 2019 US Open.

"She's been trying to come back...she's been lean and mean the way she's been training with her trainer, Abdul Sillah," Prakash said. "So, I'm looking for Bibi to possibly come through to defend her title."

Auger-Aliassime received a bye to the second round and will face either Albert Ramos-Vinolas or Lorenzo Musetti. Andreescu is set to take on Alison Riske in the second round on Saturday.
