Prakash Worldwide Cincinnati

After a successful time in Toronto at the National Bank Open, Prakash Amritraj took no days off as he jumped on a plane to continue his worldwide tour. The next stop? The Western and Southern Open's 1000-level event in Cincinnati. After a couple of flights and COVID-19 testing, the Tennis Channel host was bursting with energy and good vibes.

Of course, the fitness guru headed straight to the gym as he couldn't miss leg day and stressed the importance of maintaining his fitness regime while traveling and a grueling work schedule.

"No sleep, two flights and it was probably my best workout in two weeks. Coming in here and getting this when you have a half day off, that's what's going to get me up to perform my best this week," Amritraj said. "I encourage everyone to find that. It's key."

The 37-year-old believes everyone has two options. The first option is to lay in bed, get a little extra sleep or you can stick to the program. Amritraj always sticks to the program, no matter if it's a late or early call time his workouts are not to be missed. It prepares him both mentally and physically for the day ahead.

Amritraj interviewed world No. 1 Ashleigh Barty, Andrey Rublev, Grigor Dimitrov and many other top names during the week-long event. He also met one of his biggest fans and caught it all on camera. The two action-packed tournaments flew by, but he can't wait to get back out there at the rescheduled Indian Wells in October.

"Until then, all love. Prakash Worldwide, we out!" he said before ending the vlog.
