You've surely heard it from everyone by now, and maybe more times than you'd prefer: Just stay home.

But for good measure, now you can get the message one more time—and from someone you won't want to disappoint: Puppet Juan Martin del Potro, mascot for the Argentinian yogurt company Yogurisimo.

The real-life Del Potro looks to be following proper precautions as well—here he is self-quarantining in his most recent Instagram update:

"I am already following quarantine at home and will try to go on with my recovery here," he says in the caption. "It is very important to take care of each other. Please follow the specialists' advice, be empathetic. It is a special, unique moment and we need to give our best."

It remains unclear when Del Potro, who underwent another right-knee surgery in January, will be ready to compete again. It's also uncertain when tennis will return at all, so please, just stay home.
